Medical Instrument Sterilization Autoclave are widely used in microbiology, medicine, podiatry, tattooing, body piercing, veterinary science, mycology, funeral homes, dentistry, and prosthetics fabrication.
They vary in size and function depending on the media to be sterilized. Typical loads include laboratory glassware, other equipment and waste, surgical instruments and medical waste.
Sterilization Objects: Unwrapped or Wrapped instruments, Sugircal instruments, Glassware, Liquid , Culture Media, Rubber Material, Gowns, Dressing, Gloves, etc.
1.Automatially controlled the sterilizing process, easy to operate.
2.With drying function, suitable for the medical dressing drying.
3.With over-temperature, over-pressure auto-protect.
4.The door can not be open until the pressure in the chamber is reduced to O.027MPa. And the unit can not be started on if the door doesn't close well.
5.The safety valve will be open automatically when the inner pressure over 0.24MPa and the steam would be exhausted the water tank.
6.Automatically cut off the power if the water-lack happened, and alarm at the meanwhile.
7.The chamber of the sterilizer is made of stainless steel.
