Scope of application

[decontamination management system] adopts 7 inch HD touch screen, based on the Android platform self-developed operating software, can save unlimited cleaning records and other data, man-machine operation interface is reasonable and beautiful. Dual language switching, free and open traceability system interface, the system can be upgraded online, easy to maintain.
[Automatic cleaning program] contains 6 kinds of decontamination modes, which meet the relevant requirements of the Ministry of Health, including standard cleaning, standard cleaning (alcohol drying), enhanced disinfection, rapid disinfection, alcohol drying, and self-disinfection. The time, temperature and other parameters in the cleaning and disinfection process can be adjusted as needed or set for multiple rinses.
[Independent decontamination interface] There are five independent cavity decontamination interfaces, including: leak detection, biopsy, suction, water injection, gas injection. All endoscope cavities are automatically cleaned, and all endoscope pipes are rinsed or disinfected by external spray and internal perfusion.
[Constant temperature control] to meet the needs of different disinfectants for temperature, in order to achieve the best disinfection effect.
[Automatic monitoring of endoscopic leakage] If the leakage rate is too high, stop decontamination and alarm.

[disinfectant control] can be applied to a variety of disinfectants, such as peracetic acid, phthalaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, gas-containing disinfectant, etc. Automatic delivery and recovery of disinfectant when decontamination, disinfectant use times can be set and automatically count, the number of insufficient disinfection reminders.
[Traceability system] Swipe the card to enter the endoscope, patient, doctor, operator number and other information.
[Consumables control] The maximum capacity of enzyme liquid and alcohol storage bucket is 2L, the amount of addition is set according to demand, accurate measurement, and insufficient reserves are reminded.
[Drying system] Automatic alcohol air drying program + adjustable gear air drying machine. The built-in compressed air generation device adopts oil-free piston design and configuration of filter pressure reducing valve to filter water and oil molecules in the compressed gas, and the pressure adjustment range is 0.2Mpa~0.8Mpa.
[Safety protection] Overheat, overload, leakage protection and over voltage, over temperature, time out, door failure and other multiple protection functions to ensure safe use.
