3. Tailored sterilization procedures available: Choose from instruments, dressings, lumen instruments, rubber, liquid, with 4 customizable sterilization programs, including BD test and vacuum test options, ensuring versatility and adaptability for various needs.
4. Equipped with an integrated vacuum pump, this sterilizer performs pulsating vacuum cycles up to three times (adjustable), attaining a remarkable vacuum level of -0.090 MPa, ensuring complete evacuation of air from dressings and Class A cavity instruments.
5. The inbuilt high-efficiency steam generator rapidly produces consistent pressure steam, ensuring the sterilized articles remain uncontaminated and preserving their integrity.
6. With an advanced vacuum drying system, fabric dryness is optimized to below 1%, while equipment dryness is maintained at less than 0.1%, ensuring superior efficiency and readiness for use.
7. A 0.22μm bacterial air filter guarantees that any air breaching the vacuum is rendered sterile, effectively preventing any risk of recontamination.
8. An optional micro-printer is available for configuration, facilitating real-time documentation of the entire sterilization process alongside fault alarm details, ensuring comprehensive record-keeping.
*Safety Devices of the Steam Sterilizer Autoclave:
1. Over-temperature protection: If the pot's temperature surpasses the preset threshold, the system automatically interrupts heating power and issues an alert, safeguarding against overheating.
2. Door safety interlock: Operations commence only when the door is securely closed; the door remains locked against opening until all internal pressure is safely neutralized.
3. Dual over-pressure protection: A pressure relief safety valve activates if pressure exceeds design parameters, releasing pressure efficiently; over-pressure automatic protection ensures steam pressure is relieved upon surpassing set limits, with alerts prompting immediate attention.
4. Low water level alert: Should the water level drop below specified limits, automatic heating cut-off activates, paired with an alert, ensuring safety and operational integrity.
