Main Features:
1.Number and function of cleaning tanks: Single tank design, automatic door opening and closing by kicking, no need to touch hands or workpieces to avoid secondary contamination; fully transparent explosion-proof tempered glass door, fully automatic high-pressure spraying and irrigation cleaning, disinfection and drying inside and outside the mirror body

2.Full cleaning and disinfection time: When 2% alkaline glutaraldehyde is heated to 43°C, the time required for full cleaning and disinfection is ≤10 minutes; 0.5%-0.6% o-phthalaldehyde requires ≤10 minutes for full cleaning and disinfection. (The use of these two disinfectants and three cleaning and disinfection times requires a test report issued by a third-party authority)

3.Cleaning, disinfection methods and internal channel circulation pump: Use vortex and internal perfusion methods for cleaning and disinfection, full immersion, full perfusion and high-pressure spraying.

4.Quick plug connection: The disinfection connector adopts the original imported quick plug connector, which is completely matched with the manual cleaning tank. After the manual initial washing, the perfusion connector can be directly connected to the disinfection machine and connected with the quick plug connector without disassembly, which is convenient, fast, scientific and efficient, and reduces the labor intensity of the staff

5. Automatic alarm for insufficient disinfectant, cleaning fluid, alcohol and fault: During use, if there is insufficient disinfectant, enzyme, alcohol, cleaning fluid and full fault alarm, the machine cannot start and displays the fault content, prompting the solution.
6. Endoscope leakage test: The fully imported pressure sensor has the function of continuous leakage detection and monitoring of the endoscope throughout the process. The LCD touch screen displays the leakage detection pressure (0.015-0.035Mpa) in real time, and can detect even tiny leaks, completely avoiding greater damage to the mirror.

7. Full process traceability system: The patient's name, endoscope number, operator's name and all data during the endoscope washing and disinfection process are recorded and saved throughout the process; single-machine traceability or docking with the hospital management system is realized, and the synchronous management of the data of the whole process of endoscope washing and disinfection is truly achieved.

8. Self-disinfection function: With a national intellectual property patent certificate, it can reversely flush and disinfect all pipelines through which the water solution passes, such as the entire pipeline, tank body, glass door, and the built-in filter element of the final cleaning of the equipment: At the same time, the tank body and the entire upper cover of the machine are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected in all directions without dead ends by high-pressure spraying. 9. Water treatment: high-precision filtration of tap water through external filter element and internal filter element.

10. Process data printing: ordinary paper prints and records the patient's name, endoscope number, operator's name and all data during endoscope washing and disinfection, which is convenient for archiving and tracing, and can be kept for more than 10 years.
