Product Features

1.Automatically controlled the sterilizing process, easy to operate.
2.With drying function, suitable for medical dressing drying.
3.With over-temperature, over-pressure auto-protect device.
4.The door can not be open until the pressure in the chamber is reduced to 0.027MPa.
5.And the machine can't be start on if the door doesn't close well.
6.The safety value will be open automatically when the inner pressure over 0.24MPa, and the steam would be exhausting to the water tank.
7.Automatically cut-off the power if the water-lack happened, and alarm at the meanwhile.
8.Outside material is made of carbon steel, and inner chamber is made of stainless steel.
9.Optional: Fully stainless steel 304 material.

Application

This horizontal autoclave, which adopted the way of gravity exchange to release the cold air from the chamber more completely to ensure the reliable sterilization. The control system automatically adjust the steam inlet and outlet according to chamber temperature during sterilizing. Widely be used in sterilization of surgical instruments, microbiological laboratory, fabrics, medical waster, glasses, liquid and solid food, mushroom grow bags(mushroom substrate).
