1. Using microcomputer control technology, touch screen operation, the whole process (pulsating vacuum, heating, sterilization, steam exhaust, vacuum drying) program runs automatically.
2. The touch screen automatically displays the operating process status, temperature, pressure, time and other parameters and fault alarm information.
3. There are instruments, dressings, lumen instruments, rubber, liquid, 4 custom sterilization procedures, BD test, and vacuum test procedures for users to choose.
4. Built-in vacuum pump, pulsating vacuum three times (can be set), the vacuum degree can reach -0.090 MPa, and the air in dressings and Class A cavity instruments can be completely pumped out.
5. The built-in high-efficiency steam generator can quickly generate constant pressure steam without polluting the sterilized items.
6. Vacuum drying system, fabric dryness is less than 1%, and equipment dryness is less than 0.1%
7. 0.22μm bacterial air filter. Ensure that the air that breaks the vacuum is sterile air to avoid re-contamination.
8. Optional micro-printer can be configured to record the whole process of sterilization and fault alarm information in real time.
*Steam Sterilizer Autoclave Safety Device:
1. Over-temperature protection device: When the temperature of the pot body exceeds the set temperature, the system will automatically cut off the heating power and display an alarm.
2. Door safety interlock device: The program can only be started when the door is closed in place; the door cannot be opened when there is dangerous pressure in the inner chamber.
3. Double over-pressure protection: automatic pressure relief safety valve, when the pressure exceeds the design pressure, the safety valve opens to release the pressure; over-pressure automatic protection control, when the pressure exceeds the set pressure, the automatic exhaust steam pressure relief, and an alarm is displayed.
4. Low water level alarm device: when the water level is lower than the specified water level, the heating will be automatically cut off and an alarm will be displayed
