Product Details

 

When the air is completely eliminated, the test temperature is 132-134ºC, and the test time is 3.5-4.0min, the test pattern in the test bag changes from yellow to uniform dark brown or black. If there is air in the test package, the temperature of the sterilizer does not meet the requirements, or the sterilizer leaks, the test pattern pattern does not change color or the central area pattern does not change to dark brown or black.

Scope of use:

It is suitable for the monitoring of the air removal effect of pre-vacuum pressure steam sterilizer, including the daily performance test of the sterilizer, the air removal effect test after the installation and debugging of the new sterilizer, the performance test after the old sterilizer is repaired, and the sterilizer manufacturer Test the air removal effect of the sterilizer during the design and development process, etc.

Precautions: 1. This product cannot be used to monitor the effect of pressure steam sterilization. 2. The test is carried out under the steam condition of 134ºC, and the test time cannot exceed 4 minutes. 3. The empty pot is tested before the first sterilization every day. It is for one-time use and not for reuse. 4. When storing, it is forbidden to contact with acidic, alkaline and oxidizing substances; store in a dry environment at 15ºC-25ºC (relative humidity less than 60%), and avoid light (ultraviolet light, fluorescent light and sunlight).

Results Decision:

Qualified: The overall pattern of the test chart changes from yellow to uniform dark brown or black, indicating that the sterilizer can be used normally without leakage. Disqualified: The pattern of the test chart does not change color or the pattern in the central area does not change to dark brown or black, indicating that the sterilizer is not completely exhausted or leaks, and it cannot be used normally.
