1. Using microcomputer control technology, touch screen operation, the whole process (heating, sterilization, steam exhaust, drying) runs automatically.
2. The touch screen automatically displays the running process status, temperature, pressure, time and other parameters as well as fault alarm information.
3. There are 4 sterilization programs for fabric, equipment, rubber, liquid, and custom for users to choose.
4. The built-in high-efficiency steam generator can quickly generate constant pressure steam without polluting the sterilized items.
5. Optional micro-printer can be configured to record the whole process of sterilization and fault alarm information in real time.
6. There will be a buzzer prompt when the program cycle ends and the fault alarms.
*60L 80L Steam Sterilizer Autoclave Safety Device:
1. Over-temperature automatic protection device: When the set temperature is exceeded, the system will automatically cut off the power supply.
2. Door safety interlocking device: With electronic door lock, the sterilizer can start the working program only when the door is closed in place. If there is pressure in the inner chamber, or the power supply is not connected, the electronic door lock locks the door handle and the door cannot be opened.
3. Anti-dry burning alarm device: When the water level is lower than the low water level, the heating power will be automatically cut off and an alarm message will be displayed.
4. Safety valve for over-pressure automatic relief: when the set pressure is exceeded, the safety valve opens to release the pressure.
5. Electronic circuit safety device: DC control circuit with over-voltage and overload protection, and AC main circuit with short-circuit protector.
