* Double Door Rectangular Autoclave Features:

1. Control system:Siemens programmable logic controller PLC and color touch screen, automatic program control of the whole process, automatic display of running process status, running curve and parameters such as temperature, pressure, time and so on.
2. Intelligent maintenance system: Equipped with a remote monitoring and maintenance module, it can link computers, tablets or smartphones to access equipment information in real time and anywhere, including real-time and historical operating data, troubleshooting notifications and remote software upgrades.
3. Procedures: Equipped with sterilization procedures for fabrics, instruments, lumen instruments, rubber, liquid, custom, etc. and test procedures such as B&D test, vacuum leak test, etc.
4. Pulsation mode: Negative pressure pulsation, trans-pressure pulsation and positive pressure pulsation are adopted, and the air removal rate is greater than 99.99%, which saves steam consumption and improves the effect of steam sterilization and drying.
5. Flash vacuum drying technology, fabric dryness is less than 0.6%, equipment dryness is less than 0.1%
6. Printer: The process data is printed in real time through the built-in printer, and the pharmaceutical customer is equipped with a paperless recorder.
7. Pipeline system: Stainless steel sanitary pipe, clamp connection, all welds are welded by automatic pipe welding machine; the main control valves are imported German angle seat valve and solenoid valve, German NASH direct-connected water ring vacuum pump.
8. Supply system detection and alarm system: equipped with steam, water source, power phase sequence detection and alarm device, once the supply system does not meet the equipment operating conditions, it will automatically alarm, and prohibit the program from starting and terminate the program operation.
9. Automatic adjustment system for the drainage: It has an automatic adjustment system for the drainage temperature, and the drainage temperature is less than 60ºC.
