The pulsating vacuum cleaning and disinfection device is a highly efficient and automatic door cleaning equipment developed by our company based on the actual situation of hospitals in China. The biggest advantage of this device is that it can achieve indiscriminate cleaning of various instruments, and there are no restrictions on the user's loading method.

Application Scope:

The cleaning principle of the pulsating vacuum cleaning and disinfection device is to first add purified water into the cleaning chamber, and use a circulating pump to perform preliminary cleaning on the instruments; Then, purified water and cleaning agent are added to the cleaning chamber, and the water and cleaning agent are thoroughly mixed using a circulation pump. Then, the vacuum pump is used to evacuate and achieve a comprehensive cleaning effect of "liquid phase gas supply" for cleaning the surface of the instrument and "gas phase gas supply" for cleaning the tube cavity of the instrument; After the pulsating vacuum cleaning is completed, rinse the cleaning agent on the surface of the instrument; The equipment adopts the principle of wet heat disinfection, heating water to 90 ºC through a hot float and circulating for about 3 minutes to clean the surface of the instrument, and then performing a hot float treatment; Finally, the drying process is carried out by combining vacuum drying and hot air drying.
