The hand wheel door is the VA-SJ's defining feature: staff can open and close the chamber with one hand in seconds, while the self-inflating silicone seal and mechanical safety interlock ensure that the door cannot be opened under pressure. Operation is fully automatic-load your instruments, close the door, set the temperature (adjustable from 105°C to 134°C) and timer (0-60 minutes), and press start. The microprocessor purges cool air, heats to the preset temperature, maintains the sterilization plateau, exhausts steam, and shuts off with an audible buzzer alarm upon completion.
A double scale pressure gauge provides instant visual confirmation of chamber pressure in both MPa and psi, while bright indicator lights show the current cycle phase at a glance.
