The SD-D operates with true one-touch automation. Once instruments are loaded and a cycle is selected, the system handles vacuum creation, H2O2 capsule injection, plasma generation, diffusion, and aeration-all while a 7-inch color LCD touch screen displays real-time status. A built-in thermal printer and USB data export port generate auditable records for every cycle, supporting infection control compliance and traceability. The electric push-rod door ensures consistent vacuum sealing, and the medical-grade HEPA air intake with 99.5% efficient residual gas filtration protects both the operator and the environment.

With two cycle modes-Quick (40 minutes) and Enhanced (60 minutes)-the SD-D adapts to varying workload demands and sterility assurance requirements.
